What is DoggieAI and how does it work?
DoggieAI is an AI-based assistant for dog-training support. You can write in Chat or use Live to talk and, only when useful, turn on the camera. Modules purchased with the same email share the journey summary. It is not a human trainer: it can make mistakes, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not replace a professional or veterinary assessment.
What can I do with the free Chat?
The free Chat explains DoggieAI, services, prices, plans and access. It does not provide techniques, exercises or advice for your dog’s specific case. Personalised support requires a DoggieAI plan or a professional trainer.
How do Chat, Live and Complete work?
Chat uses written messages. Live is a real-time voice conversation in your browser: start without a camera and turn it on when you want to show the environment or a short exercise; each session can last up to 30 minutes. Complete combines Chat and Live. Audio and video are not saved as files; only the transcript and summary needed for continuity may be retained.
Where do I manage plans, minutes and messages?
Use the personal link received after purchase to open your account. There you can open each module, review available messages and minutes, buy extra Chat or Live credits, and manage each plan’s payment and renewal through Stripe.
